It’s unique experience. But liked it. The food was really tasty and portions were large. Prices are good too. Service wasn’t as good as they mixed up the items in the bill multiple times. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes to try new concepts

Everything was amazing. From the greeters, waiter, food, and drinks. They have so much variety which made it difficult to decide but 10 out of 10 on what we choose. Would definitely come back and would like to try everything on their menu. Update: Everything is amazing! This place is addicting! Tony is the best! Here are more of their food and drink items I had to come back and try ! Delicious!
Dude this Madusa dog is hilarious and so good! Cole slaw fresh! Service amazing! These peeps are kind and attentive, gave great suggestions that are tasty. Got the Mexican Candy drink, it literally tastes like one! Atmo is great too I love the decor and style of this place. It's all over the place like a junkyard is but not overwhelming. Just plan awesome! Def coming back!
Pizza Fries are all you need. Seriously. We ate here after visiting the Reagan Library...which is only about 15 minutes away and well worth the quick jaunt. This little joint is so fun. Crazy, lighthearted atmosphere. It got pretty busy, but food is good and bathrooms are quite entertaining.

Junkyard is a beautiful mess and a fascinating little local gem. The name is literal. Every inch of the walls and ceiling are covered with... Junk. Every time we go we notice something new. The menu is kind of the same way. It's all handwritten, with weird musings scrawled in the margins. The menu is massive, but I'm pretty sure they genuinely cook everything from scratch, which is genuinely impressive. And it's delicious. We like to go for breakfast, but their dinner options are very nice as well. The prices are fair, especially for the quality. It's not always the prettiest or the most elevated, but it's comforting and hearty. The servers are friendly if sometimes a little frazzled. It's always busy inside, because locals know it's legit. I don't love the overt Republican tendencies, like the Ronald Reagan corner is a little weird. But hey, it's Simi Valley. What are you gonna do.

A buddy of mine called me up to grab happy hour drinks and we ended up at the Junkyard Café — my first time there and I was honestly surprised how big the place is and how many people were there. Great energy and a fun vibe! I didn’t get a chance to eat this time, but the food looked amazing and the menu has a ton of options, so I’m definitely coming back soon to try it. The happy hour beverage was super refreshing, and it’s a great spot to unwind after work. If you’re in Simi Valley and looking for a fun place for happy hour, I highly recommend checking it out.
